After his victory in the giant slalom, Benjamin Raich is one of the favorites today. The young all-rounder has shown an improving shape in the last competitions.

10:33 - Larsson, Markus (SWE):

First one to start will be Markus Larsson, the slalom specialist from Sweden.

10:34 - Larsson, Markus (SWE):

He doesn't make big mistakes on the difficult slope in Adelboden, the following competitors will show what his time is worth.

10:35 - Raich, Benjamin (AUT):

10:37 - Ligety, Ted (USA):

Bad luck for Ted Ligety! A big mistake in the first part already, he almost misses a gate and has to step back to finish. Same thing a few seconds later: another gate missed, and he can't finish his run.

10:38 - Myhrer, Andre (SWE):

It is raining slightly, and apparently that causes problems to Andre Myhrer as well: he's the next one to miss a gate and to cancel his run.

10:39 - Palander, Kalle (FIN):

Kalle Palander has shown an improving shape in the last competitions. This wasn't a bad run either: 0.26 seconds behind the leader in the finish.

Next one is Giorgio Rocca, a slalom specialist. He's 0.66 seconds behind Larsson, that's the 4th position.

10:42 - Grandi, Thomas (CAN):

10:47 - Svindal, Aksel-Lund (NOR):
